Machine is furnished with a new set of rolls. Comes with motor sheave, drive sheave, & drive belts.
No upper guide holder is included.
Machine was rebuilt in 2015 and never operated.
– Rebuild consisted of:
1. Rework of gearbox
2. Rebuild of lower guide holder assembly
3. Machining of ways on main housing and crosshead and installing Ampco liners
4. Reworking couplings to new pin design and installing new coupling pins, coupling blocks and bearings
5. New upper crossbar and nuts
6. New linkage for roll adjustment
7. New linkage for lower guide holder assembly
8. **Redressing existing rolls
